Left Asukayama park and got a tram running near the park. When I saw outside through a window in the tram, it passed a colonnade filled by cherry blossoms. Of course, I got off in a hurry.
The colonnade runs along Kanda river which is a narrow one. There was a bridge called Omokage-bashi over the river. The view from the bridge was amazing! Look at the photo in the right!

I went to a river side park to see cherry trees. There were about a thousand of trees along Sumida river. Last week the Meteorological Agency announced that cherry blossoms in Tokyo began coming out. Today was the first Sunday after the announcement. Even though it was cloudy, there were lots of people. Cherry blossom is the Japanese national flower. We Japanese look forward to seeing them blooming every year. That's why every news programmes or newspapers inform when we can enjoy the flowers.

The tail's cute! Guess the flower on the tail will be plumeria flower which I love.

It's written by Japanese but you'll still be able to see great photos, I hope.
I bought these Indonesian noodles Me goreng, which meant fried noodles, as well as Tim Tam today. They used to be my breakfast when I was studying English in New Zealand.
10 days ago I found a chocolate from New Zealand. Today I found a packet of chocolate biscuits from Australia named Tim Tam! Although this biscuits were from Australia, it's quite familiar to me. New Zealand imports them, too.
